The O2 sensor heaters have a fuse. If both are showing "low" it's probably a blown fuse. The sensors could be bad, but it's unlikely for both sensors to go bad at the same time. Fix that first, then report back. Also, your topic title says "overheating" but you made no mention of that in the body of your post. Is it overheating? Is the coolant in the reservoir boiling? Is the gauge pegged all the time, or after 30 minutes of driving? You need to include a LOT of info in your post if you expect an accurate diagnosis over the internet.

I was told it was overheating I’ll be driving it like when I go to work or something and like 10-15 minutes when it gets warmed up it stops car stays running but if I put my foot on the gas it won’t do anything at all I’ve replaced all my o2 sensors but still don’t know why it’s doing this I even cleared the codes and when I did that the engine light stayed off today but 10-15 minutes down the road it does the same thing again

I told you to check the fuse. Did you do that? Does your coolant temp gauge indicate that you're overheating? If you can't tell if your car is overheating, you shouldn't be attempting to fix it on your own. Get help from a car knowledgeable friend or take it to a shop.
