Default Trunk /hatch

So when I got my car when I would hold the trunk button it would open my hatch but the button never worked under the hatch my key fob ended up breaking and when I programmed a new one from z1 the trunk button sets off my alarm I can’t get the rear hatch to open and don’t think there is any power running to it please help

I know there’s the emergence latch in the back but I just get no power to the actuator and I’ve already replaced the actuator
