I recently bought a 350z 2007 and it the guy said it has no spark. Red light (immobilizer?)was staying on and it wasn’t original key. I’m new to this so I sent the ecu off and had uprev nats delete done. After I got it back still have the same issue of red light on and no spark. I also noticed that radiator fans will come on with ecu unplugged and then don’t turn on when it is. My fuel pump is still priming and cranks but no start. Anyone know the fix before I go dumping money I don’t have to. Also it is a newer ecu because the first came back saying it was bad

I always thought the keys were tied to the BCM (Body control module). But I have to admit, I haven't really dug into the anti-theft system on the 350Z much. I just recall having a dealer program a spare key and they had to pull some numbers off the BCM located behind the driver footwell kick panel.
