When driving the car, it’s likes to cut back on power and rpm’s go up super slow when the pedal is to the floor. Doesn’t happen all the time and is super weird. Changed fuel pump, spark plugs, put fuel system cleaner in the tank, new throttle body, new sensor at the gas pedal (not oem), new cam sensors and still has the same issue. Did notice the plugs for the cam sensor can slide out easily with just pulling it not sure if that can be it. Any suggestions

you'll lose power dramatically like that when the ECU pulls timing in the engine to protect it. If it's bad enough, like a loose MAF sensor wire, then you'll feel it go into limp mode. that somewhat seems like what you're describing here. If those cam sensor plugs are very loose, ie the clips are broken, you could try wrapping the edge of them with a bit of masking tape so they fit more snuggly. or try to get a zip tie around them tightly.
