That sucks big time... definately get a lawyer and start with the accident reconstruction and cell phone logs. If you can nail this guys *** to the wall then you can probably get some extra cash to help offset the missing 10K as well.

 

just remember a reconstruction will cost you at least a grand. therefore, it is something you will want your insurance company to handle, if possible.

 

Sorry to hear about your car. That soo sucks. Glad to hear you are ok. You might want to try to place an add in the paperlooking for witnesses, also try the radio stations to see if any of there listeners saw anything. You are right though here in Vegas a sports car is a minority, those big a$$ tanks think they own the road. I own a Slealth (buying my Z next week) and I drive the 95 down from Centinel Hills and daily some idiot in a SUV or big Dodge Truck tries to runs me off the road. Then when I honk they flip me off. JERKS. They should be made to have those side mirror extenders so they can see us little cars.

get the pic of the car - a whole bunch from different angles so you can contest it in court.
