Dual caliper brakes!!! I've never even heard those existed. Do you have any 80-0mph braking distances? If you don't mind saying, how much would a setup like that cost? Was it a custom job?

Actually, I think I have seen that brake setup on another car before. If I am not mistaken the company that makes those brakes is called WP Pro. They are a taiwanese company. They makes brakes kits for WRXs mostly I think. I have seen a few WRXs use that brake kit.

The car is a demo car for a manufacturer.
Tom Motorsports part, his website is:

www.tommotorsport.com

The wheels are 20" and they are his own wheels...

He has a whole bunch of parts available for the Z

Is that functional? Once you get big brakes, does another caliper really do much? I wouldn't think so.

those look like photo shopped words... not actually vinyl on the car...

I saw a couple Lamborghini this weekend at Atlanta car show and the Carrera GT. They all had two calipers, but if i remember right, they were on the rear wheels and not the front.

The second calipers on the back of the carrera and lamborghini are parking brakes.

A second caliper is not going to help a car stop any better at all.
IMO your just adding weight for no reason.

i would think there would be some issues... if one has a harder clamping force then another from not getting enough fluid to the caliper, wouldnt the other caliper be useless?

It's my understanding that as long as you can lock up the wheels the second you apply the brakes, the brakes themselves are not the limiting factor on stopping - the tires are. As I understand it, the point of big brakes is better heat dissapation, better leverage/stopping when really hot, and a slightly finer degree of control. I don't see how 2 calipers, as cool as it looks, would serve any of those ends.
