Personally, if I had a wreck, I'd be looking for an '03 Brick right now. I've seen a few on Ebay that have never been registered with about 20 miles on them. You might have to worry about feathering, but that color is just amazing so to me it offsets the problems. I would've definitely had a tough time choosing between LeMans and Brickyard when I ordered, but since I never saw BY in person, it was easier.

I doubt there will be any major re-designs in 05....but I bet there will be some new color changes...If you can wait that long, go for it...but that's a ways off. I'd go with an 03 brick as well.

Why not wait for '06 than? They sure will have something new by that time... Wait but why not to drive '04 in a meantime?

In theory its always a better idea to have a newer model year car but the reality of the situation is that 05's are still a ways off. If you don't mind waiting hold out for an 05. Otherwise, just pick up an 04, I honestly doubt the changes for 05 will be mind blowing.
Good Luck with whatever path you choose.

It would suck if you decided to wait but later find out that improvement of the 05' only have its Nav pocket changed back to the 03' style (they should!!). So I say if you have the money, buy now! Besides, everything and anything will be possble to do on your car in a year(mods). It may be far more better than the 05's after all, thats if theres a different 05' model.

Whenever you get a car, there's always going to be something about the newer models that you like better. If you hold out for the 05s, there are going to be later changes that you wish you had held out for. But keep in mind, there may also be changes you don't like. If you like the 04s, you should get one.

i can wait.. i guess it just comes down to what i want to do.. if i wait 6 months for the 2005's i can save an extra 700$ a month (thats almost a greddy kit!)
so it will come down to if want to wait and how much i get from my insurance deal

Wait! When the 05 comes out, if you don't like them, there will still be lots of 04s left; and they will be cheaper.
Best of both worlds, if you have some wheels to get you by for 4-5 months. Actually, we should be seeing some early warning pics by early summer.

You can buy now and use the car immediately.
or
You wait until the 2005's come out and see if there are any major changes. If you like the changes, then buy the 2005. If there really is no change and you don't care about what year you buy, you can buy an 04 for less from a dealer trying to clear out "old" 04's.
Personally, I would go with option 2 if I could, but that's just me.
