Default Knee Pad Pics

I've never seen the kneepads in the 2004.5s. Can someone post a pic or point me in the direction of one? I'm curious to see what they look like.

Too bad the search is down
there are a few threads from last year with some better pics.

I happen to have this one in my archive

Yeah, if the search hadn't been down I wouldn't've been so lazy. Thanks for the pic by the way.

The knee pads in the newer Z need to be bigger..

In a Auto 350Z the right side knee pad needs to be large as the leg goes back and bangs against door..

Right Knee pad needs to be larger also in 6MT and Auto as the car whips the legs in a track like mode. Passangers are on thier own I guess..

But at Buttonwillow Raceway I was passanger with John Hotchkis and I was like a rag doll ( with helmet of course.. ) hanging on and had a real need for passanger knee pads.

Cheers

I don't see why they are. Has anyone successfully removed them?

A quick trip to www.nissanusa.com revealed that this is also an option in the US. The only interior you can't get with LA is the frost.

I have the knee pads in mine. I don't think they are really needed.

I don't have em, and I can't see why you would need them. But hey, whatever...at least they're making "improvements".
