I have crazy rock chips all over the bumper and hood on my Super Black 03. About 5 different keys, Swirl marks like you wouldn't believe and a nice long scratch from when I backed up into a bush in my driveway, didn't see the bush and kept going, scraping all along the sideskirts and rear. I have a garage, but it doesn't make a difference. The car still looks awesome after a nice clean and wax. I have learned to get over it. They're like battle scars. Give my Z more personality

My front bumper is messed the hell up and now my hood is getting scratched too. Anyone elses hood getting scratches? It looks worse than the damn bumper...

Back in the day body and paint were both thicker! Auto makers now trim the cost (and weight) by trimming these down. The body ok, but the paint I think is getting cheap! I drove a 77' Pinto for 2 years up/down gravel roads and the paint still looked pretty good!

I disagree!
