I'm planning to get the exhaust, and I heard only positive comments about it.

Everything I've heard about the exhaust has been positive, except the price. It's one of the most expensive one's out there, and some say the difference between it and say Borla isn't enough to justify the extra $.

The stillen is one of the most expensive and the Stillen people is very hard to make a deal. They charge excessive shipping charges but I had the 300XZTT system and the 350Z now and both in my opinion are the best quality systems in the market. I love the sound of the Stillen. Borla and Nismo sound a little loud to my taste. The Stillen sound at idle a only a little loud than the OEM but rumble at full throttle with a noticeable power gain.
This is a link with a Stillen sound mpeg

Maybe you need to install Quicktime in your PC to see the video clips. You can download it here

i believe thats an optional 36000 mile warranty for an addl price insured thru a third party only eligible if installed by authorized stillen dealer, car COMPLETELY STOCK other than sc (no headers, test pipes, exhaust, nada) and im sure theres much more fine print. so take it as it is

I think the third party is Dell Financial Svcs. Not certain though.
