acura gave me a car anytime they had my car over 5 hours

 

like i said before we could debate this for days...we both have good points...the fact is weither we like it or not..you should have gotton the prefered customer plan or took it back to where you got it from....only about 20 percent of the low/mid line dealers in the country offer loaners....we have 10 sentras as loaners at my store that we paid for NOT NISSAN...and we still have to tell customers we have no loaner for them because they are all out....
we cant win ...even though we do all we can at times to make customers happy...

like i said before i have the z a 02 avalanche and a 04 grand cherokee

when i bought all 3 vehicles i bought the security plus so i wouldnt have to depend on the dealership...

i dont mean to come off like an ******* but i as a consumer now i cant depend on anyone but myself...

i hope you can see where im coming from....
