Exclamation Dealer trying to mess with me??

I posted this a while ago. And some of the guys here helped me. But i just need some opinions what you guys think i should od.

my car is about 1 yr old.

i went to the dealer for a fuse replacement (didn't know it was a fuse) and the dealter hit my car. minor. pic attached. you can't really see from the pic but the bumper was pretty trashed, lower part.

so i get the car both the parts were replaced. (i was pretty impressed and happy) i drive the car home and notice that the Throttle is messed up and RPM guage looks more like a pendulum rather then a steady RPM guage. (meaning dial is all over the place).

well i take it back next day and ask is this in relation to accident they of course say no but give me free rental. but its goign to be 3 weeks time that i have no car. and i am little upset. ideas suggestions? what i should do?

the 3 weeks includes the repair of bumper and hood. the manager told me they are waiting on a part (THROTTLE ACTUATOR) directly from Japan. since its on back order and can't be found in the US.

it could be legit. i remember back when i was in an accident it took 3 1/2 weeks for them to get the 18" rims from japan. this was in early 03. so its definitely possible.

I waited about 2 months for a back ordered hatch from Japan....

1-800-NISSAN1

Call that and see if they can get you a file going and give you status updates on where the part is.

The estimated ship date that they give seems to be a little padded, but it can very well take weeks.
