Default Just about to install my CAI....

Hey guys, Im just about to start to install my CAI.... Do you guys have any suggestions before I get started?? ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just follow the instructions & you should be fine. Be sure to reset the ECU afterwards.

do u have to take off the front bumper in order to put on the injen cai?

I installed mine without taking the bumper off.

Well, here is the deal.... First off, I made the mistake of buying a generic CAI. For the most part I did it as a quicky just to see how it would sound and all that, I didnt care much for the gains at the moment. But yea, I tryed for 3 hours last night to install the damn thing.... I couldnt figure out where the second pipe goes. Unlike the injen one, this pipe is metal... so there was NO room for manovering. The directions where cr@p. So all in all... I have come to the conclusion that Im just going to buy the injen one and use that, because I saw that if I had that.... I wouldnt have had any problems and could of had it done. But after all that work, and not being able to get that damn tube in place.... I finally gave up and just put everything back together in stock form.
