Default Redline

Has anyone managed to bump the Auto a few past the redline when manual mode shifting? Accidently did that today when I was trying to get the ECU to learn my shifting habits.

I try not to do it, but it is pretty easy to do in first gear if you are not paying attention. When I burn out at the drags it is popping like pop corn. I have hit it demonstrating the borla sound to people too.

If I remember correctly hraes reset the ecu when he had the car. Good idea to change it from whatever he had it set for

I try not to hit it under load.

Ya, I noticed a little lag from when I hit the shifter over today and it pop'd right over redline before the limiter hit it back down and it shifted to 2nd. I need to practice muahahahaha

I shift a little before redline in agressive driving, because it runs up 100-200 rpm after you shift anyway.
