looks like a member of the Zoo Crew. They are a pretty badass bike crew in FL, though i don't really know too much about them.

i found a thread on a bike forum where they were talking about his bike.

and apparently hndumafia is right. he does seem to be a member of the miami zoo crew. i guess it is some sort of stunt group.

i guess they have an excuse for making their bikes look like that. still, i dont know who would want to buy the guy's bike with all that fur on it.

 

ive also heard. though i can't confirm this, that they cover the bikes because they are stolen.
