Question Which 350z to buy

I am planning on purchasing either a 04 track or performance model. Is the track model worth the extra money? Do the transmission and tire feathering problems occur on the 04? Do the tire feathering problems occur on the track edition? Which models have a LSD or do they all come with them?

I got the Track model cause of the brakes and the forged wheels. I think it's worth the extra money over the performance model, plus it all depends on what you plan on doing to it. If you were planning on changing the brakes and wheels anyways, I'd go with the performance model, although the resale of the track model wheels is pretty good. All the models come with LSD except for the base model. Hope that helps in your decision.

How much are HID's? I was going to get an Enthu due to HIDS.

I plan on changing my brakes, wheels anyway. . . .

I think an HID conversion is at least $800. If you look at the extra options the Enthu has over the base, you'll see that the Enthu is well worth the extra money. Just the HIDs and LSD covers the difference in price.

To the extent all Z's still have the feathering problem, the Track model will to.
