I put a down payment on an 05 Track 2weeks ago. Today the dealer calls and told me that Nissan was not gong to make any 05 Track Models. Does anybody know if there is any truth to this or am I just getting hosed. I thought they were coming out 01/05. I don;t really want any of the 04's on the lot.

either that or they are trying to put you off into buying the anniversary model. I would goto another dealer. I was going to order from my dealer who I purchased my wifes maxima, but they tried to F**k me on breaks. So iam going first to Carmax--which I think they are great any way because the Z's price already 1800.00 less than MSRP in my area. Try them. If you are worried about service, remember, you can take it to any dealer. ( they may more money off of service than car sales)

I went to the dealer today. I asked them to call the area rep. After checking a few things it now seems that the new story is that they are going to make the 05 Track. 5 will be built and sent to the midwest as the first batch, I was told. They are going to see if one can be shipped to the bay area sometime mid Dec or Jan. Stay tuned!

 

Call NNA and complain about these lying ***-monkeys. These deceptive tactics give dealerships bad names.

 

You really need to find another dealer.

 

Like Rat suggests... you can do no better than going to Performance Nissan if you are in the SoCal area ... one of the best in the US !

If not ... the NoCal guys can give you suggestions where to go.

Call that salesman and tell him his stupidity has cost him your business, and that you will be reporting him to NNA and his boss; then make those reports and take your business elsewhere!
