Question Good dealer in Orange County?

Anybody know of a Nissan dealer in Orange County that you can trust for warranty work? Has anyone dealt with Tustin Nissan, Connell Nissan in Costa Mesa or Westminster? Thanks.

Tustin Nissan has handled my recent warranty work very well. They did not give me the run around with my tire feathering issue, and I recently had my steering wheel replaced under warranty because the leather was deteriorating.

So I just called Tustin Nissan and tell him that there is a air leak noise that happens at 80 mph, and the service writer says "oh, we never drive customers' vehicles that fast so we can't help you." Of course before that comes out, he asks: "Did you buy the vehicle from us?" So much for customer service. I guess that is a big NO for Tustin.

Try Power Nissan in Irvine, I never had problems with them.

My co-worker goes to Power Nissan in Irvine. Try posting in the Southern CA Regional area. You'll get a better response there.

I have used both Power Nissan in Irvine and Rancho San Margartia Nissan.

I have had pretty good experiences with both.
Rancho San Margarita Nissan has recently change ownership from Superior Nissan.

RSM you need to print out the TSB's to enlighten them on "known" problems. They have not refused me these fixes, I just had to education them.

They might be better as they come together as a new company.

DBZ, sounds like you know jack **** about dealerships then. I bought my car from Power Nissan and took it to Tustin Nissan after getting the run around from Power about my feathering issue.

They are simply asking if you bought the car from them, that is all.

IDIOT.

I bought from Douglas in HB but the car came from their Orange store. Recently had the first oil change. What problems did you have with them?

Thanks for the kind words! Most dealers are very territorial, meaning if you have purchased a vehicle from them then they usually will take care of you better, not always the case but that is the general norm. This type of behavior is more predominant on the east coast dealers, however it does happen here on the west as well.

You seem very sensitive to any commentary that is not positive for Tustin Nissan. Funny how you got the run around from Power and yet so many other here had a good experience at Power Nissan.

You don't see me or others calling you an idiot for that do you? Perhaps you feel offended that after you posted your comments on Tustin Nissan I responded with an experience that was contrary to yours. So any assessment that is not the same as yours is idiotic?

Or perhaps your just having a bad day and need a hug.

Thanks for the post Jason. My car is bone stock and only has 300 miles. The only 2 issues I have is a loose deadpedal and wind noise from the driver's side b-pillar. Upon further inspection, the driver's side window does not move as much to seal the door glass as the passenger side and it may need a simple adjustment. I might need to make an appointment soon.
