Awesome video BrianZ....I bet some of those guys are kicking themselves for not pre-ordering..!!

I have the video up on my FTP server for anyone that doesn't have it yet.. I also put a copy of the DIVX codec that you will need to play it.

The problem is your slow computers. The divx codec is a monster for CPU load. There is a possible fix though, it works for my laptop.

Use "The DivX player" that is bundled with the codec. It used to be called "The Playa" but I think its called something like "The Divx Player" now.

Then there is an option to slightly reduce quality to improve performance on slower machines. I *think* you can right click on the screen to get to that menu or you can find it in the regular menus. I don't have it in front of me but I know its there. That should make it play better.

Very possible slow computer is the problem. Personally I run a P4 1.4Ghz, 512MB RAMBUS, ATA100&133, ATI Raedon with 4xAGP & I don't have any problems

Nice high-quality video, grabbed it quickly too, constant 149kb/s download speed.

I doubt its my cpu - i have a pIII 866 coppermine, and I have 512 megs ram. I think maybe its my video card? Matrox g400. Its a bit dated now.

Possibly the video card. It sounds like you've got plenty of CPU horsepower.

Try the player from the DIVX web site. For some reason it is able to play them better than Microsoft's Media Player.
