You can try the online translation at http://babelfish.altavista.com/
It will translate a website for you.

Just enter URL and From/To languages (German To English in this case). It will give you a broken english translation (literal translation), but you can at least get a sense of what they are talking about without having to learn German.

Yes it is a positive review of the Z. Those Germans know how to drive.(I'm German/Fluent). Oh by the way i drive like that daily around the beltway.....J/K.

You can! Actually you already did:

After playing the video, look in your directory "Temporary Internet Files". One of the newest files should be "mv93-nissan_wmt_adsl.asf" or "mv93-nissan_wmt_isdn.asf".

Yes, its a positive review.
I am also german/fluent and the only negative thing they ahd to say was the quality of interior materials.

But they said the most important thing the driving postion was very good.
