I guess Nissan will introduce 350Z Gran Turismo Limited Edition to Europe begining of next year.

It looks just like the 35th Anniversary model. Even the horse power is same, 300hp. I guess it's a same car but different name for US and EU.

I feel cheated, my Z did not come with driving shoes or a T-shirt. Oh well, I guess I should have waited 2 more years for the 2005 35th edition model and imported it from overseas.

Too bad the Z does not come with a NISMO edition worthy of real enchancements like the M does for BMW.

Maybe the Nissan guys should work out a deal with companies like APS, throw in a TT, exhaust, plenum, then a brake kit, and at least NISMO suspension with sways. Now, that would be a special addition.

This edition just does not seem enough of an enchancement to pull customers into the show room if they were considering another sportscar.

I know guys, no need to bring me back to reality, I know I am just dreaming.

BTW, the guy who is talking in the video clip is the producer of the game Gran Turismo series and he took the 3rd vin# of 350z(Fairlady Z).
Also he actually designed the Nismo JDM aeroparts for 350Z. =)

These are cars in Gran Turismo, Nissan is not releasing anything in this video, the tshirt and shoes come with a very limited edition (i think 300 copies or so) of the game. The "Gran Turismo Limited Edition" is a version of the car in the game.

 

Available 1/05 will be the Grand Touring Roadster-Brembo's, VDC, TCS,limited slip,6spd(auto option),18" wheels,Bose and leather. Has the 287hp but I think the added 14lbs of torque vs the 300hp will make it more fun! Let me know if I can get one for someone. Clay clay@universitynissan.com

Kazunori Yamauchi(GT Producer) said at the interview(not on the video) that Nissan will release 700 of GT Limited 350z in Europe next year.

The shoes and t-shirts thing is not coming with z.. It's just a special package with the game.

I was mainly adressing the gt4 special edition shoes/shirt, since it seemed there was confusion that it was a Z item rather than a gt4 item. Thats cool though, I had not heard about the GT Limited.
