as far as resale, factory or aftermarket wont matter either way. I read a while back, that a 2000 nav unit after 4 years only adds 400 to the value of the car, and that in fact, nav has the highest depreciation of any accessory. I wouldn't let the resale value affect your decision, Jeremy.

 

I personally would go for getting the car sooner. After waiting I think it was the 8 months that you did, I would dread waiting another 3 or more, because, let's face it, dealers can't garuantee that the car would get there in that amount of time.

But it all comes down to you. Do you want another car ASAP and go aftermarket or are you willing to wait to get everything you originally bought?
