Not too sure about the hard-top convertable, but it would sure look nice.

To go with the above though, I would still love to see an S16 come about. Replace the Altima coupe with it.

We all know there's sites that steal and use pics from other articles and come up with a new story.
I'm going with the one I saw.

If you read this the thread here you'll see that, because it's kinda obvious from all of the clues.
If you don't see it... God bless you.

At first i was disappointed with the shorter wheelbase. But as long as it has short overhangs it will look fine. I'm excited to see the z34. Hopefully real pics late this yr or early 08.
I dont think nissan would test a cheaper rwd coup with 19 wheels and big brakes. I don't think nissan will bring out a cheaper rwd coup because that would mean using fm platform.

It is pretty conceivable that the new small rear wheel drive coupe could use the FM platform. With an all aluminum e4 cylinder engine and a minimalist approach interior, the weight could approach the 2840 lbs of the Solstice or even the 2460 of the MX-5. I won’t even mention the traditional Silvia competitors of the Eclipse (3200- 3400lbs) or the Tiburon (2900- 3100 lbs), they are grossly overweight. The shortened FM of the new Z is also close to the 95 inches of the Solstice. Plus, they would save a ton of money in the process.
This scenario is probable due to the limited use for an all new rear wheel drive platform. What other models could they derive from it (that will sell) to spread the cost? With Nissan being very cost conscious lately I can’t see the investment in a new platform with questionable earnings potential.
You never know though…
