ZSport1 owes Blue Komodo an apology.

Also, looks like we have confirmation of several things. The most imporatnt is that the new Z is appears to be a MY2009.

I wish there weren't replacing PPW in what is most likely the last year of the 350z. That's the only color that had been available every year.

Don't think so. That was the first official announcement given by Nissan telling us it will be an early 2009 release. Every comment made before that was just speculation and opinion.
And Nissan did not give us an exact date.

Am I understanding this correctly? The 370Z coupe and the 350Z roadster will be offered in the same model year?

There's a huge difference between deducing and being a douche. The later is what we're referring to.

Yup, you heard that. 370z coupe in new body, new engine, new everything. 350z roadster same as the this year's.

This has been done before, especially by BMW. The E36 coupe was released first in 1992 and the convertible version did not get the new body style until 1993 or 1994. I think this happened also with their E36-E46 transfer....

Actually, Nissan announced this several weeks ago on the Nissan News site. At that point it was no longer speculation but for some strange reason, you refused to accept it and just HAD to be right. Well, now you've been proven wrong, and the bigger man would admit it, especially since you chose to disagree with everyone who said we'd have the car next spring.
