We gotta stick up for our female car enthusiasts
Yup, her dad restored it for her when she was a youngin', it's the anti-chick car as well (no power steering). She's never tracked or anything though but she wants to ride with me when I autox/track though.

Changes her own oil, cleans her own car... hell, her interior is NEVER dirty. I took a friend of mine in it for a ride to help me figure out what this noise was and he was like "Do you clean her car? It's clean as hell in here"

Werd... gotta stick up for them because they certainly do exist

Man.. That's so true.. A lot of gals seem to be like that.

My wife is insane about keeping all of our cars spotless. She sometimes spends hours cleaning our cars and hates car wash places. In fact sad to say Im the lazy one when it comes to cleaning cars.

Tell me about it. My Z's interior has never been as clean as her Prelude's interior

When the 350Z came out back in 2002 I read a lot of negative comments about its styling also and now everyone loves it. The looks of the 370Z will grow on everyone im sure as it did on the 350Z.
I really don't think this will be the case.. i.e. that the 370z will grow on everyone over time. I don't remember the 350z getting a substantial amount of flack like this car is. I personally loved the 350z's design over the 300zx.

I'm convinced this car is aimed at the boy racer market. The design is not subtle, or classy. It's all "GO!" I'm not even close to conservative or anything. But the styling is too brash for me.. Couldn't do it.

other than the boomerang lights and the catfish look it seem nah i take that back....doesnt look as clean and simple as the Z33...idk.everything else about it great..like others have said..it cost the same as HRs..i own a 04 so upgrading to a 370z wouldnt be too crazy but i do want to wait to see if there are any problems with it in the future...and for the price to drop alil

what if the 370z went through some cosmetic changes? surely it will look better after a body kit is introduced.

I'm a new 370 owner. I looked at the Z33 a few years ago but was turned off by the relatively high price and crappy interior. I ended up with an IS350.

I'm not in love with every aspect of the new car but I like the sum of its parts, the upgraded interior and some of the tech and of course the performance.

I don't find the exterior of the Z33 unattractive, but I can't stand the absurd flag pole/mast antenna.

Flame on!

nah i went to University of Oregon. I live up in Tualatin. Dude you could've just came up to Portland-Metro area and found your Z instead of getting the one in Bend. Guess it might be the only black one in the area. I have only seen two whites and one red at Wilsonville Nissan and my bros gf saw a platinum graphite on the road today. That's the color i'd get

Congrats! I might come down in the next few weeks. I'll keep a look out for you. Wait a minute, did the Nissan Dealership off Coburg not have one?

I looked all over Oregon and Washington and there were none with the specs or color that I wanted except the one at the dealer in Bend, and they weren't even supposed to have gotten one yet! The dealership in town had a red one with 6MT but no nav, but I did not want red anyway. I got an okay deal, in fact the dealer here in town told me to take their deal as it was way better than what they were going to offer me price/trade wise.

Are you a pilot??

In other words they basically are clueless or shouldn't have a say about anything auto related.

But low and behold! Their of some use now.
For your information my wife is a Z enthusiast and happens to drive a fully restored and upgraded 1982 280ZX Turbo that would spank the crap out of any 370.If you need pics let me know.
