Default 370Z at Pohanka Nissan in Fredericksburg

Hey guys,
Just had to let you know that we got our first 370Z in recently and it is hot!!! The one we have is a Pearl White, manual transmission Touring 370Z with the sport package. I have talked with management and they have let me know if there are any clubs in the area we can set up a time for a meeting with all of you to show it. We also have a few 350's still available including a Nismo. Individual information requests are also accepted. Make sure to ask for Chris Barton. I am currently the most knowledgeable on the Z's at this facility.

We haven't put anything beyond the normal dealership pricing. In the near future we will be receiving a kit (not sure if its a body kit or what) that Nissan wants us to put on it before selling. However, if someone is interested in purchasing it before we get the kit we will still sell. Some dealerships might put a large mark up on it (like you saw on the GT-R) but we haven't done anything like that yet. (The general manager did hint that after we get the kit on it he might.) I'm working on getting photos for you all. I'll probably post up the Nismo 350Z also just so you can check the differences side by side.

Dealerships that put a large markup on a car like the Z are just plain hopeful/stupid. In this day of forums and google, ebay etc... nobody is going to get screwed on car price with the possible exception of old people with no net access.

I don't understand why a dealership doesn't sell for MSRP and get a customer for life as well as a customer that talks up the dealership to all their friends.

Seems much smarter to raise the cost on a car that can be openly had easily from almost anywhere. (sarcasm) Sure, might have to wait a month or three, but the car is not rare like the GT-R. It shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence.

Just to clarify I was saying that we weren't selling over the standard MSRP that we have at the dealership. Also, I agree it is no where near as rare as the GT-R however it is still a very uncommon car to find.
Lastly I promised you guys pix so here they are....
