Passenger vs no passenger in the 370z. That does change things a bit.

Horsepower has nothing to do with it though...

That was 2 cars pull. Without a passenger maybe 1? I have seen runs like this many times and weight plays a huge factor. Either way, one has yet to beat me.

solo, are you fkn blind? rewatch that video. the first clip where they race from a roll. the 370 is around 2 bus lengths ahead by the time that part of clip was over. if you are referring to cars as in super stretch limos then maybe. are your HR fanboy glasses deceiving your sight that much?

Maybe the guy didn't start in the right gear too? Either way that is too much of a pull for just 18-25 hp advantage. Not accepting it as they haven't ran any faster times yet from the HR..

if he started in the wrong gear it would have been football fields.

The new ZR-1 has well over 100hp vs the Z06, yet has not posted a faster stock time. Using your logic, the ZR-1 is a slower car.

But a car that can't get traction (ZR1) vs a 370z that has no problems with traction is no excuse.

if the HR fan boys bought a 370z they would be riding the 370z's cack. this thread is becoming a fallacy.

Honestly I have not had it to adrag strip yet.
I am hoping to by the end of the season though.
I will not hit good times though, as I am not the worlds greatest drag racer on street tires and IRS

ill break it down for you, when my 370z was stock, i beat 350zHR with intake and exhaust easily. so if the 350z was stock then obviously i would keep beating it. plus just think about it. why would they stop making the 350z and change the whole car in to the 370z if it wasnt better. i highly doubt that nissan is trying to loose customers

350Z 6MT FD = 3.5
370Z 6MT FD = 3.7

The 2nd race says even more. Do you realize how much acceleration it takes to overtake another vehicle when they start out ahead of you, AND start first.
