350z HR VS 370z Video
I agree with the last post that the "roll-on" gives a good idea of power:weight, power/tq curve, and lessens the driver error portion assuming both cars start in a power zone.
it's all an inferior complex.
the 350z HR was considered the cream of the crop in the 350z community and the HR guys took pride in that. now with the 370z out, its the HZIC (lol) now. with the 370z being the top dog now, HR guys don't want to admit that it's the faster car.
the 370z is faster. there are too many variables when it comes to head-to-head drag racing, mainly driver mod but in a roll race the 370z will pull on an HR. PERIOD. no discussion.
both are great cars but its laughable seeing the HR guys belittle the 370z because thier precious HR is not the boss anymore.

the 370z is faster but with the price so much more its better to get a 07-08 z now..
for instance i bought my 08 z for 24k out the door when i coulda got a 370z for 31k out the door..
i chose the 08z
1 because i think it looks better but 2
with the 7k difference in price my hr z would be a much better car in every aspect...
so 370z is faster but the hr is better for the money
if i was guna spend 30k on a car id get a c6

So instead of bench racing, why dont you 370z nut huggers, take your cars out and race a stock hr, unless your scared? oh and ofcourse, video to prove. This would stop this kind of topics from poping up in the future.
I know a guy got a 370z with just intake dynoed at 305rwhp on Dynojet, so 10-15rwhp is possible

Ok, but please would you like to back your self up with a video of 370z beating 350z? Besides that rolling one which has too many variables to consider, a typical drag race or anything like that will do. So far, theres only 1 proper video which i have posted that says 350 is faster, and the 350 was an automatic.

On par with their Sc kits..
Back to the Z32 vs. Z33 discussion. They are two completely different cars. I sold my 94 300ZX TT with 450whp for my 03 350Z. The Z32 was fast, but the Z33 is a much better driver's car, and the handling and braking doesn't even compare to how crappy the Z32 was in both those catagories. Of course you can buy upgrades for everything, but I'm talking stock for stock.

306hp vs. 332hp then the 370z is lighter. i seriously can't believe HR owners are really this ignorant.
it's not about being a 370z "nut-hugger" but not being an ignorant HR owner who can't admit that there is a faster Z out there than their HR.
stock for stock 370z's have posted faster times than HR 350z's. period

So far like i said by the videos, Auto HR > moded 370, and Auto HR > bad start 370.

To install the Stillen intake you have to cut a small bit to increase a hole, and they admitted to cutting twice the required amount.
I'm guessing some of you have already seen this, but it seemed pertinent to this thread. This is from Top Gear Australia and compares the 370Z to the 350ZHR.
