Default 370z vs 335i, whats needed to run 12.4/6

09 370, mt, what bolt on mods do I need to get to the mid 12's which is about as fast I want to go, for now....

Got a bud I run with and hes got a 335 with tune and bolt-ons runs consistent 12.4/6 w street tires. I can hang for a minute but fade and think with a few bolt-ons I could hang.

Not ready for a turbo or SC, want to keep it simple just not sure bolt-ond will take me into the mid 12's.

If you lost 50 lbs, had slicks, full boltons, perfect tune, and ran at Atco on a perfect night you might see a 12.5.

then again it's making 40ft-lbs more torque than you. and they put out 300 at the wheels.

so either you reduce weight light weight items. or you power up lol

a full bolt on , full exhaust, intake, underdrive pullies, basically all n/a mods and a set of slicks and a 370 would be mid 12's all day i dont know what u guys are talking about above, its not even a question...

a stock 370 on a set of slicks is good for high 12's

Isn't there a guy running 12.8-12.9 with an auto?

Wouldn't take much to get into mid 12's. Most important mod is the driver mod.

+ juan....its an auto on street tires that ran 12.800....just barely missed 12.7 and it wasnt a complete full bolt on. So with slicks Yes I can see it happening easy

$20 says BMY370Z can not run 13.50 seconds. Any takers?

Cool. Figure November is the end of the drag racing season in California. So a reasonable deadline is 07/01/2010?

It also had 4.08 gears, without the gears, a 12.8 wouldn't have been possible.
