Maxima is 4DR Version of 370Z?
Nissan has a TV ad out showing a guy stretch his 370Z into a Maxima when his wife tells him they're going to have a baby.
Say it ain't so.
P.S. Glad I'm single.

Nissan markets the Maxima as a 4 door sports car, so the ad reinforces that theme. When a family changes, they would like to keep you in a Nissan, and they are saying they have a product that would appease the wife and the husband in this case. Porsche has had similar campaigns with the Cayenne

At least heritage-wise, the maxima has been "the four door Z" for a long time.
The maxima used/shared the Z engine for at least 20-30 years. The old Z used the same chassis as the maxima. They were both were RWD for a bit. Of course they aren't the same car, but traditionally it's an ok statement.
