Default Nissan cuts new 370Z Price by over 5000...

In Europe.

http://blog.caranddriver.com/the-con...rnal-favorite/

Now Nissan is reacting by lowering the price of the slightly facelifted 370Z from €38,750 to €32,900.
What's up with that price drop over in the US, Nissan?

You do realize that the new, lower price is still $42,560 for a 370Z? We've always been fortunate enough to have some of the lowest automotive prices in the USDM.

Just take a look at the price for a Z in Japan, on par with Europe and the car is made there.

We are really lucky to have the car prices we do here in the US.

that's unfortunate. I hope you plan on keeping the car a long while, that price drop will come right out of your resale value.

The point is, Nissan has made these pricing adjustments across the board to gain market share. Look at any of the models introduced over the past year and you'll find Nissan has continued to offer more features for less money in all their cars.
