I bet Tomei is foaming at the mouth to release another exhaust
Heres to hoping it doesn't feel like a 350/370 with a vr30ddtt swap

I get that Nissan isn't making money hand over fist and sports cars are a niche on their own, but seriously, updating a 20 year old car with new tech is just lame. I would want a different driving experience from the one I had in the early 2000s. I don't think it looks bad but it just looks boring. This just isn't a product that I would want any more and I can't imagine a lot of Z33/34 drivers would either.

Exactly, same chassis and suspension setup, smaller engine... even if it has more power, I just don't care for it.

I like it from the side a lot! The size of the headlights are still way to big, makes it look like a dinosaur.

Nissan just trademarked "Fairlady Z" in the US, so there's that.

Just call it 300ZX, I'll call it that regardless. Just like I call the GR 86 and 86 an FRS

Agreed, seems more than rediculous to resurrect a name from a 55 year old movie.

The back end looks like the 300ZX and it's a 3.0l. Certainly not calling it a 400z lol.
Feels more appropriate than calling it a Fairlady Z
