Whoops my bad, only off by 3000 miles. Anyhow the car new should have around 30 miles to 50 miles on it (best guess). I still feel that's pushing it to say it's new (for the purposes of shipping it to another state, yes I think it's considered new).
Anyhow I'd have a dealer pull the black box info to see how the guy has driven the car. The majority of the miles should still be on the box.

Ask and ye shall receive..................much better deal on a new GT-R (markup on the car cover and anti-theft is BS, but you save a crap load on the sticker price):

^^huh? how is that a good deal? the base price for the car maybe lower, but there are other things tagged on that are being sold for mUCH more than they usually go for....also....this is a dealer, which means there is sales tax...the one i posted was a private seller and hence no sales tax....
Agreed. New ones, before the MSRP hike, are at or up to $2k over sticker. This guy blames the financial crisis - cry me a river; you and your 2 exotic sports cars.

So yes you do pay more for a car cover ($600 markup) and anti-theft (dunno what the markup on that is, but lets say it's 100%, so a $400 markup). Dealer is making $1,000 over MSRP.
Private sale means potential launches. You are buying a used car and will eat any and all costs to replace a transmission (if it craps out on you) which might have been abused.
Even if the cars cost exactly the same you will get an actual new car, you will get a car cover, and you will get the "anti theft".............some things to think about.
