Stored, took the Volks off, and dropped my insurance on my ZR the same day the title came in, a bummer it has to sit for 15 months!

Why did it take so long to get the title? The car was purchased in January of 2005. I don't get it.

+1, bank keeps the title until you pay the lien off, hence is what I did a few weeks ago,
