Top Replacement
I am not sure that I understand what you mean...As far as warranty goes I believe it was 36 months and whatever mileage and after that I am not sure if there is any coverage on the top.

Just had my top replaced under warranty, 05 with 29k miles. Corners were lifting up and lately had been having a problem with the top going down 9/10 of the way then stopping. They ended up replacing the top, frame and motors.

Hey guys, i had my 2004ZR for over a year now. My warranties expired 3 months ago i belive. The car had 8k km when i bought it. Now its at around 14k KM or so, i rarly drive it. But i noticed that the top has a hole. From examining it, i noticed that the cause was proably heat melting tru the inside of the car, probably the metals that fold it. And i also noticed the stitches slowly coming out. The hole is big enough to for waters to get in. Do you think the dealers will fix this? Or am i gonna ahve to dish out money from my pocket? I live in Toronto Ontario (if that' helps).
the top not only has 3 seams comming part. and 1 definative hole... but the whole frame is effed up. my top guy who also does the tops for nissan says they will replace it but we have to tell nissan what exactly is wrong with it... now i have no idea whats wrong with it... all i kno it comes down too far foward and doesnt match up with the wholes to close it...
