Mounting a spoiler on a ZR?
I had mine professionally installed but they had to drill holes through the plastic. They are hidden once the cover is on so it wasn't a big deal.

That would have to be a pretty big hole. It would have to be big enough for the nut and socket.

The holes don't look aftermarket actually. Just like any other holes on the plastic.

I saw an OEM spoiler on a roadster at the dealer and it looked good. The front of it though had some spacing along the edge but otherwise looked flush. I think the curve on the roadster trunk bends a little more than the coupe.
