Any person who keys any car should not allow to reproduce. Cut his dick off or seal puz z shut would be the punishment.

Default im really sorry

my phobia is that someone will slit my ragtop. keying or denting my car a close second.....

it is sick just how immature some people can be. sorry about your car. that is such a spineless thing to do.

Really sad, I haven't sold my honda yet after getting my Z only because I use my honda to go places I would be weary of parking my Z.

On a side note, touch up paint may be an economical solution. I never used touch up paint after using it once and never matching...but I was informed by someone who swears by it...that touch up paint requires proper buffing to make even...it will be invisible from factory -- you should remove any wax along the line though prior to using the touch up paint.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but it sounds logical..and if it's indeed accurate, then I would be more worried about dents than scratches.

Dude, I am SO sorry. I would have a serious need to kill somebody. And then cry for my Z.

People need to get a life! Yeah f*cker, now you're a BIG guy aren't you? With big *****! You've keyed a car - you're the Man!

Angry Hello INPHOman,

Yep, Just purchased a black Touring Roadster for my wife. Had it about a week when it got keyed at her work. Apparently, there has been a rash of keyings in her office building, but no one had told her about it. My wife was able to view the surveillance tape, but the car was blocked by a truck that day, so it's hard to tell who did this. Happened about two weeks ago, and another employee's car just got keyed last night. She is going to look at the tape for this recent one, and maybe we'll be able to find out who did this. This person is gonna screw up sooner or later, and we'll get them eventually!

Sorry about you car too INFOman. Maybe we need to start a "Keyed Z Support Group", although I'd rather it never happen to anyone else again.

Default Thanx for all your concern!!!!!

Well, my baby is back and looks great!! The bodu shop did an outstanding job fixing the scratch. I appreciate all the comments and concerns. I doubt I will ever find out who did this but cameras are now being installed inside the ramp garage and hopefully that will be a deterrent. Here is a pic with scratch insert and fixed.

Whoever keys a car because they are jealous/dislike the model is a moron, and very low on the evolutionary scale. It's just so lame to damage someones' property... people now-a-days...

Most Fords are made in Korea and Mexico. - Ford is NOT American!!!!!!!!!!!
Oops...I don't see any Ford cars made in Korea... Yes, old Festiva and Ford Aspire (it looks as dumb as its name ) were made in Korea, but not anymore.

By the way, glad to see that you car came back in a perfect condition. Luckily, nobody keyed my car so far (Do I really have to think this is lucky? Gosh!), but I have few dings on my passenger side door like everyone else, and even these things scratch my nerves!

Mine cost $800 to repair the front fender, driver side door, and rear fender, all which were keyed. I have $100 deductible and ins paid the rest. Still working it out with the shop to get the finish perfect.
