Just picked up 2007 350Z Roadster
Sorry no pics yet, will have some up hopefully tomorrow.
It's silver, wished it was grey but hey silver was my second choice anyways.
Brembos, burnt orange vented seats, only thing missing is Nav...soemthing I don't need anyways.
It's in great shape, has 1200KM, thats like 7500 miles..yes it's even Canadian.

I will tell you that the M3 did ride smoother then the Z, a m3 vert did cross my mind but I wanted a roadster not a vert. The Z seems more twitchy then the M3, shorter wheelbase?
The Z sounds better but the M3 handled so damn nice, I also wanted to try something different.

Pretty biased opinion. I have an 05 roadster.... I love it... but I'm going back to my 94 300zx.... just cuz my 300 drives much better than the 350. Just my opinion that only applies to me. Wife is going to end up with the 350z.
To each their own..... No mods on my 350z, but some serious mods are to come to my 300zx

Nice roadster, I love those seats. Your neighbor must hate you though, you've gone through three beautiful cars and they still have that grey van. lol, j/k. congrats.

It's got everything I need....
power, handling, styling, vert and most importantly it fits my golf clubs. Only one complaint, it's my own fault but the trunk bent my putter. It killed my golf game for a couple of weeks but I will just need to remove the putter from the trunk.
The seats cool your back so nicely that it makes the seats in my TSX feel like the heater is on when I sit in it.

You Z owners need to experience the maintenance wrath of an e46 m3. They are not cheap to fix even when you DIY. if your vanos unit goes, thats $4,500 bucks, valve adjustments every 30k miles $600-1200 and misc suspension parts which are never cheap. They are beautiful cars, nicer under warranty though.
What is the performance comparison? My guess is the m3 is a tad bit faster due to weight and slightly more power.
Nice pick up OP, start modding it with some new wheels and lip kit.

I actually like the stock wheels, I have looked and nothing I have seen makes me say "I have to have those". I may end up just putting some spacers on the stockers and calling it a day for now. I may get something silimar to the stock ones but mainly for a color change, I was never a huge fan of a silver car with silver wheels. The wheels look really good with lots of brake dust on them :P
If I had a lip kit on that car I would be changing that out more often then I change the oil. The front bumper scrapes on so much here in Calgay as it is, a lip kit is just asking for trouble.
