Question Thoughts on used 2007 350Z Grand Touring Roadster

Owned a used 1984 300ZX a few decades ago, and decided it's time to get back into the Z game. Found a nice 2007 350Z Grand Touring Roadster 6spd with only 12k kms / 7.5k miles at a Nissan dealership in Canada. Car looks and drives like new. Car history check pans out. First sold by a Nissan dealership in Maryland, US to someone who kept it 2 years and drove 6k miles. Then it was sold at auction to my Canadian dealership who brought it to the Great White North.

Think of anything I should be worried about?

I do wonder if it was so great...why it was sold at auction.

Assume that this was a weekend driver. 7,500 miles is a winner.

Is there a way for the dealers to disclose whether or not the car has been taken back for a recall? Some 07s have a recall on the slave cylinder. Other than that, no specific problems with my 07 after 2.5 years of ownership, they're pretty reliable

Oh, and you should also hire a knowledgeable mechanic to do a full inspection.

Just be careful of the Grand Touring trim, some dealers use it to hype the sale or inflate the prices, make sure it is truely a GT and not just a Touring.
