Yes, the stock top is a two-ply, PVC (vinyl) on the outside and a polyester twill fabric on the inside. Nissan uses one of the ubiquitous Haartz top fabrics in their tops, as do most other car manufactures and aftermarket suppliers.

I don’t know anything about Ezon tops. Generally it’s not to hard for these aftermarket makers to match the look and quality of the factory top. One thing to check on though is how the glass rear window is attached, welting etc.

I bought from topsonline.com which lists the vinyl top on Ebay for 479 I think it was. I put pics of the trim around the rear window from old/new so you can compare. Being as how it's now to cold to put the top down I've no idea how much it might have stretched but the few times I put it down after install I had to bump it back up then down to get the hatch/boot to close and lock down but it was probably just 3 or 4 times before it got too cold so it probably just hadn't stretched enough yet.

Yes, Ezon, here's a link to a current auction they have. Should be exactly the same as the top you listed a link to just 14 bucks more. If you look down through the listing, about 3/4 maybe it specifically states made by ezon.
