G35 vs 350Z
Why in my city (Phoenix) people are asking more money for used G35's than 350Z's?? I want to buy one or the other.. a 2003-2006 model. Is it because the 350Z costs so much to maintain? what's with people rebuilding 350's motors so soon? I have an Infiniti G20 now with 220k on the motor with no issues.. obviously this is why I need to upgrade cars.. Thanks for the assistance..
Infiniti is practically a rebranded Nissan, its supposed to have more "luxuries" hence why it costs more.
If you want a sporty car then get the Z
If you want more practicality and don't want a sports car, then get the G

The Z is less practical being a 2 seater with limited space.. It is seen more as a weekend car versus a daily driver esp. in places with harsh winters. Therefore another car/dd/beater or what ever is needed . These cars are also very reliable and strong, but costs to repair are the same and expensive. People do tend to beat on Z's more.
I know I'm a noob here, but lol @ the original question...
and the appropriate responses of:
Why does a Lexus cost more than a Toyota?
and
For the same reasons that new G's cost more than new Z's.
