He claims the CD player has been changed (thus no bose panel). The car has no leather seats and no nav but he claims it has VDC.

That car is absolutely 100% a "Base" model. No cruise/vdc/tcs (I'll say that's a good thing), plastic pedal covers (as opposed to the nice aluminum), no VLSD (not as bad as everyone says, especially in a daily driver), and no auto-dimming rearview mirror (a very nice feature). Never had the Bose, either (also a good thing), and if you don't pay too much, you can upgrade the features you want as you go. I specifically bought my '08 Base for this reason.

EDIT: Also no seat or roof airbags, either, and who knows where the seller came up with that BS. Otherwise, looks like a nice low-mileage '08.
