Default Chrome Wheels on Silver Roadster?

Hey gang.

I just got my roadster last week - silver enthusiast, automatic. I have the stock 17" alloys currently but have been considering putting the chrome on instead. What do you think?

Silver/chrome combo look good or bad? I've got a 50/50 split from the people I've asked so far...

Thanks for the reply. If I do it, I've worked out a trade with the dealer. I just haven't seen any on the road with that combo, so I'm not sure myself if I would like it better.

If you're gonna go chrome then at least get some aftermarket rims. I nevr liked the OEM rims in chrome. But it is your decision. Personally, I like chrome. But you'll find that most people on here don't.

I agree...I like chrome/polished rims...especially for the ZR but don't like the OEM rims in chrome...

Plus you gotta go with 19's!!!

Dunc, I think those look good. I was thinking of having mine polished (to avoid extra weight from chrome), but think I'm gonna go with a set of 18's (OEM or NISMO) now. I'm not a big fan of aftermarket wheels on a car, though.

Thanks, its all about personal choice and what your mod budget will allow. I added a nismo exhaust and couple of other mods so wheels and brakes are on the list but a looooooong way off.

I would love to go to 18's or 19's in. Nismo rims. Great choice, please post pics when/if you decide! I think you can get a quote on 19 in. Nismo rims @ Japanparts.com

Just took this on Sunday
