I turn on the car, put my foot in the brake, and press the open button for the top, the windows go down, and the passenger seat moves forward, and I hear a click from the tonneau cover. I bought the car recently with the top not working. It was originally in the open position, but I was able to manually crank the motor to get the lid open and pull out the top. Even when trying to manually close it, the hook won’t go in as it seems like it’s already locked. I looked inside the inspection cover for the lid, and found that one of the actuators is being pulled but nothing else is happening.

the above picture is what’s moving. Besides this nothing else is happening. I also replaced the top assembly because the one it came with was in horrible condition. It didn’t work prior to this replacement either. Also, the same thing happens when pressing either the open or close. I press the open, and it rolls the windows down and moves the passenger seat. I press the close button and it moves the passenger seat back to its original position. Can I get any help?
