Default Recent Roadster price

Now that its the end of August, I am ready to buy a Z roadster. Can someone give me some pointers as to what price i should shoot for now? I have read most of the older threads but the prices don't seem to reflect the market of today. I am looking for an Enthusiast Daytona Blue Manual roadster or a Touring white manual roadster. Also i am located in California, but any price reference would be great thanks.

It's a great time to buy an '04, if you are looking for a discount. Although some dealers still are marking up their stock from $5k to $10k. I just recently ordered an '05. I contacted all 7 local dealers within a 50 mile radius by email and told them exactly what I wanted, and if they would come off MSRP. After several days of haggling, I got exactly what I wanted for $2k off MSRP. If you want an '04, search your area dealers' inventory online, and email them. Most dealers have an internet manager who can get you better prices than walking in to the dealership direct. Good luck! -- Jim

I contacted the 3 dealers via the internet in May using various websites and told them exactly what I wanted and ended up ordering the exact car, SS touring w/burnt orange. The car is set to arrive the first week of September and I paid $38,168 out the door. By the way I got 6spd and everything else except for Nav and 18" wheels. Hope this helps.

I picked up my Enth roadster yesterday at corona nissan for $500 over invoice and about $2500 off MSRP. I believe I saw a DB roadster there too, not sure if its an Enth model though. You can call Ding Mauricio 909-735-3360 and ask him if you go lower than $500 over invoice. Tell him Tony with the black roadster referred you.

YO TONY

Thanks to you, I bought a Daytona Blue 350Z Roadster Touring AT from Corona Nissan TONIGHT!

The fleet manager gave me a test drive and everything and offered me $1500 above invoice, firm. I said, "but my buddy tony got his 350z roadster TWO DAYS AGO for only $500, so make it fair for me..." and after about 15 minutes, the sales manager came out and said since you referred me, etc etc, I got what I wanted - $600 over invoice.

Not too bad for a daytona blue touring with 18" wheels!

Thanks again Tony, wouldn't have been able to do it without ya (oh yeah, Ding wasn't around but sales manager told me Ding's gonna get half commission cause I mentioned him.... wow!)

We should start a 350ZR Corona Club

Hey thanks for ur advice Tony... i wouldn't have thought 500 over invoice was possible. I bought my 350Z Roadster Touring MT in SB on orange seats, but i bought it at superior nissan. Had to pay a tad more cuz couldn't find the color at other places.

Just one more 2 cents worth here. I got mine a MSRP. All my club members were pissed off. They had paid a Dealer Mark-up. This was earlier in the year, but something tells me they're still getting list. Now, if you are talking about a 2nd hand one? Just pretend I did'nt say a thing. GL2U, Dave

I got mine at dead invoice in September 03. It all depends on where you go and who you haggle with. Most dealers here at that time were asking 10k over MSRP for the Roadsters.
