Z hardtop looks better than Roadster?
Not to bash on the roadsters, but even if I could get both cars for the same price I'd prefer the hardtop.
I just think the room line is what makes the Z look good. Anyone agree?

hardtop all the way
With the convert you lose the sweeping tail that makes the car look like it is going 100mph when it is just parked. The convert with the top up or down, just looks like it has a box as a rear end. To me, the coupe is just sexier and makes it look original.
PS> No hard feelings, I still will always let a convert pull in front of me, she's still family of course.

The Z just has a gorgeous roofline - that's why many prefer it to the G. Although the convertible is a great looking car, the absence of that trademark roofline and the high sills make it look less appealing to me.

I like both. I am more of a Covertible sportscar buff. If the Coupe had a targa or sunroof, I would go with it. Convertibles are more maintience later on since the top will fade and possibly leak.
I may end up going with a coupe since it is 5000.00 cheaper of which I can spend on Nismo equipment
. Still deciding. I have about three years since I am in a lease w/ Infiniti.

even if the price was the same I would definately get the hardtop cause mine is my daily driver. but if i had the cash and a seperate car to drive in winter and rain, i think i might go for the roadie. that way i would never have it out in public without the top down.
I wish nissan made a hard top-convert (dunno the right word for it) LIke how mercedes has hard tops that fold into a convertable...i think it would look much better. But yea top down the car looks hot but i still like the coupe lines better...
hardtop looks way better than the roadster, top up or down. In fact every car ever made looks better with a hardtop. Not to mention verts are slower, heavier, and a lot less safe.

........just kidding.
