I will say this again. You go outside of this Z forum and the general consensus is that the 370Z is a BIG improvement in almost every way over the current 350Z. So despite many 350Z owners hating the 370Z it will be a big hit, perhaps even snag buyers who were looking at a Porsche or another car of that nature that the 350Z could not compete for.
I don't know, I think it's all subjective at this point. The consensus on the few non-Z car forums that I've visited have been strongly negative.

Fox and the grapes... It's plain to see. This might not be the best looking car ever, but neither is the 350Z.

I really like what I see looks wise.
What I want to see before I commit to buying one are official numbers. HP/torque, weight, and skid pad numbers for starters.
Also, am I the only one here who is concerned about the trunk size? I don't expect to be able to haul furniture around in a car, but being able to take my snorkling gear, 1 other person, and a medium sized load of groceries at one time isn't an unreasonable expectation out of any car IMO.

The lights look like two designers fought over whether to design the lights vertical or horizontal, and shoved both designs together. I know it's the "new" Nissan design direction, but it's gonna take me a while to get used to that.

Yeh, I don't get it. If the 370Z is so ugly what does that make the 350Z, since they do share similarities? How can people claim one is so hideous and one so beautiful? I don't get it.

its a leaked image of some sort. no idea where it came from. there is no reference image of that angle to photoshop from ..among other reasons ...
the NISMO festival is november 30th you might see it there but the theme this year is the history of the GT-R so they might hold off until the TAS 2009 in January. if you remember thats where NISMO debuted the original S-tune car.
im not sure if it will still be called "S-tune" or not as nismo has handed off their light modifications to Nissan dealers in japan so they can focus more on motorsports.

Now, picture the 370Z without the kit on. It's not even close to the poor pictures released by Nissan. I personally am a little upset at the Nissan Marketing department. Releasing poor angle, bad lighting and dark back ground pictures are NOT the way to promote a highly speculated car like the 370z
