I really like what I see looks wise.
What I want to see before I commit to buying one are official numbers. HP/torque, weight, and skid pad numbers for starters.
Also, am I the only one here who is concerned about the trunk size? I don't expect to be able to haul furniture around in a car, but being able to take my snorkling gear, 1 other person, and a medium sized load of groceries at one time isn't an unreasonable expectation out of any car IMO.

Ugly as hell and it will not grow on me. The GTR's front end still looks horrendous and I've seen it in person numerous times. The GTR looks good in the front in black because you can't see it.
The new M3 is still ugly even though I've seen lots of them. I prefer the E36 and E46. The Enzo is still ugly to my eyes since 2003 when I first saw it in pictures. I've seen 5+ in person and still ugly. Again, I would only get it in black as to not see how ugly it is. The F430 and F430 Scuderia (seen in person, again) are still ugly.
The Z34 is ugly now in my eyes and will always be. I couldn't believe the Maxima headlights I saw in person for the first time. Horrible. You suck, Nissan designers. Z33 FTW.

C6 corvette for me!!! With a ECS I can get 550whp and 560wtq for 5 grand, so a used C6 with 5-10k on the clock for 35k has my name all over it.
And curb weight is around 3200lbs.

Looks like history is repeating itself. When the 240Z came out, the 260Z & 280Z were evolutionary in design & tried to improve it but for many, the 240Z was the best of that design phase. The Z32 as we all know broke into a different design phase & many 240Z owners never accepted it & others loverd it. Now, the 350Z is a classic design for many & the 370Z is an evolutionary design as well, just like the 260Z & 280Z. Lets see if ithe 370Z ends up being like the 260Z or as time goes by, is considered a better design.

^^^Truth...
The 260Z and 280Z were "advanced" and "evolutionary" when they were released but only the first S30 240z design remained timeless.

Not true. I paid cash outright for my 06 and could buy a new 370 for cash so I am hardly "stuck". I don't like it. It's an evoloution of the 350 so it's not "ugly' just "weird" IMO. The interior is nice. the outside isn't finished. It's not as fluid as the 350.

I remember a year or so ago i saw what mines did to what i think was an 04 Z33, they did heads, intake, cams, exhaust and a tune and it put down 320whp.
so im very interested to see what the VQ37HR will be capable of in a lighter chassis. with the .2 increase is displacement with all the otehr upgrades. i dont think 400 crank hp will be hard to reach with headwork, cams, intake, tune, headers , hfc's and a catback.
or hell maybe even going to 3.8-4.0, increasing the rev limit to 8,500.
basically a Z06 from nissan haha. but short 2 liters lol.
