I think it looks good.....lets hope they made the top design better and used a real cloth top!

If they somehow suprise us with a powered hardtop...like in the Miata or the new BMW Z4...then all the more...but lets hope it is only like 100 pounds heavier than the coupe using a cloth top and we will be good...

Eh.... It loses the sweet lines of the coupe that make the coupe look like it's doing 100mph while parked. Roadster has a big a$$ too.

I like big a$$es. You can't see the smooth lines of the exterior when in the cabin, but you can see pretty much everything around you with the top down and get a tan.

The blue Z looks like the best rendering so far.

The back fender is looking more like a BMW Z4 now. Somehow the compressed/shortened length of the car looks more appealing in the roadster layout.

If you think about it the older BMW looked a little odd too when it was a hardtop unless you got the M version & then the agressive wheels etc made up for it.

I can't stop expressing how bad the roll bars are.

I went to NissanUSA to look at the pics they have up over there. All in all, it is a nice looking car, but like someone above mentioned, the back looks too Z4. They have a pic of the top up, and it looks very Z4. The thing I don't like the most is that the antenna is in the middle of the trunk lid. Yuck. BTW, the black cherry color shown in the pics with the matching color vented seats looks hot!

Can someone find a shot with the top up from the rear? Seems they aren't showing that angle. That was the negative part of the 350z ZR.

The 370z's exterior change isn't that drastic to me, I think it looks good. i just hate how much nicer the interir is...to me that's the nicest improvement

Default Any word on the structural stiffness

Most drop tops loose to the coupes in tight handling due to the flex of the chassis. Has anyone seen anything except from the add guys about the stiffness of the 370ZR chassis? Everyone will tell you their convertibles are stiff but only a few have been designed as a convertible first and exhibit a seriously flex free ride..

The 350ZR shows very little flex and cowl shudder. I will not say none but shudder and shake were not the ZRs past problem. The weight on the other hand is. The car gained 200 lbs in drop top form and the 370ZR will do the same according to early reports.
