Default Kenwood DDX 7015 Install

I'm New to the site. Anyone got any install tips on the ddx7015.
More specfically where to ground the parking brake wire, and where to tap for power under the dash. Thanks ahead of time for the help

Get the Metra wiring kit for the 350Z (available pretty much anywhere that installs stereos). It will have all applicable wires.

Only thing, don't hook up the luminance wire, there have been issues with it (I had one HU die).

As far as the ground, you can just splice into the stereo ground. So you will have 2 ground wires out of the radio into the single for the car.

Mine works great.

Oh, you got me on that one.

It's been a while since I installed mine. I will have to look at the instruction manual and see. But I think I spliced all the power and ground into the same connectors.

There use to be some good install threads on these forums but alot of the links with pictures are dead.

I DO NOT check this board regularly, but if you have any questions, drop me an e-mail.

Here are some pictures of the wire harness.

recently did this install. There is a lot more information at the other 350Z site that seems to be censored here for no good reason whatsoever. To go directly to one of my more detailed threads on DDX7015 install go to (just replace the "####" in the line below with "-" )....
